"We decided to come here for a light lunch. Oh boy! Were we pleasantly surprised. I ordered fish and chips. Five huge pieces of dorado, skin on fries and a huge scoop of guac. My partner ordered chicken Caesar salad. Another huge plate of food. Best fish and chips ever! And this is coming from a PNW gal."

"One of the best restaurants in Melaque where you will always be served fresh, fabulous food that is delicious every time. There are daily drink specials, the Tangerine martinis were one of my favorites. Its located on the 2nd floor, so there's a light continuous breeze to keep you cool and the interior is designed to relax you. A definite must try!"

"Seriously the most incredible fish and shrimp tacos I've ever had, el mejor tacos en Melaque! It's so fresh, amazing slaw and salsas, and like 30 different hot sauces to choose from! Great micheladas and sometimes great live music as well!"

"Taco mar is your home! That’s what the owner told me the first night my girlfriend and I went. We tried lots of food in Melaque, but by far the best was here, so much so that we ate here almost every night of our trip after our first experience. The food is piping hot, the ice is clean and the drinks are cold. Expect nothing other than amazing fresh tasting ingredients and a friendly staff to welcome you to a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. You need to go!!"

"My absolute favourite place to go for dinner! We even went for Christmas Eve and had the best 4 course traditional meal you could ask for! The cheese ball serve red as our appetizer was incredible! The soup that followed was equally as good! Then the main course…. The mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts were delicious but that turkey and stuffing was so amazing i am still thinking about it! Other meals like the fish and chips and pasta were equally top notch! The best part is our server was so helpful and made us feel at home! Loved that the amazing chef spoke with us and was so gracious when being complemented about his creations. Loved the side patio! Just drinks or eat out there! The best part is you are surrounded by artistic surprises everywhere! Can’t say enough about how much I love this place!"

"Wonderful food every time we eat here. The service is fantastic. Prices are wonderful and the food is like none other and top-notch! Breakfast was very fresh and the sourdough French toast with pure maple syrup was the best! Definitely one of our favorite places to eat."
